At Bodylieve, we want to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and transparent. This Shipping Policy explains how and when you will receive your orders.
1. PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- In case of unexpected delays (e.g., high demand, supply chain issues), we will notify you by email.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
- Average delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
- To expedite delivery, different items in your order may arrive in separate shipments. This does not apply to multiple units of the same product.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping on all orders over USD $50 (unless otherwise stated).
- For orders under USD $50, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 48–72 hours to update after dispatch.
- You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- All orders are shipped from our global suppliers and warehouses.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We currently ship to: Australia, Canada, New Zeland, United States, United Kingdom.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.
7. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
- Bodylieve is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

8. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is entered and the package cannot be delivered, Bodylieve is not responsible for replacement or refund.
