Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Q: In which currency will I be charged?
All orders are processed in USD (United States Dollars). For your convenience, prices may be displayed in your local currency, but the final charge may vary depending on your bankโ€™s conversion rate or fees.

Q: Do prices include taxes?

  • Australia โ†’ Goods and Services Tax (GST) may apply in accordance with Australian regulations.
  • Other countries โ†’ Bodylieve does not collect local VAT, GST, or sales taxes at checkout. Depending on your countryโ€™s laws, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time?
The average delivery time is 7โ€“15 business days, depending on the destination. Occasional delays may occur due to customs or the shipping carrier.

Q: Will I receive all the items in my order in a single delivery?
To expedite delivery, different items in your order may arrive in separate shipments. This does not apply to multiple units of the same product.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories.

Q: Do I need to return the item?
In many cases (such as defective or incorrect items), we only require photos as proof and can process your refund or replacement without asking you to return the product. If a physical return is necessary, our team will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Bodylieve will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size/color, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
