RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To initiate a request, contact us at contact@bodylieve.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.
Important: No-return solutions
For hygiene, logistics, and cost reasons, most return requests do not require sending the item back.
Our support team will review your case based on photos/videos and determine the most suitable solution — which may include:
A replacement item,
A partial refund, or
A full refund without requiring a physical return.
A return address will only be provided if a physical return is necessary.
ELIGIBILITY
If a physical return is required, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition received,
Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories,
Include proof of purchase.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged,
Parts are missing,
You received the wrong product.
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost, and you will not be required to return the item unless specifically instructed.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Health and personal care products once used,
Gift cards or promotional giveaways,
Sale or discounted items,
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
SHIPPING COSTS
If a return is required due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color chosen), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties.
If the return is due to a Bodylieve error (defective, damaged, or wrong item sent), we will cover shipping costs or provide a refund/replacement without requiring the item back.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to request a refund and then place a new order once the refund is approved.
REFUNDS
Once your return request or evidence is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note banks or card issuers may take additional time to finalize the posting.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at contact@bodylieve.com.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been shipped.
After shipment, the order cannot be cancelled, but it may still qualify for a refund or exchange under this policy.
